FAQ
Why does my printed output look shifted or not centered?
Most printers have slightly different non-printable edges. Adjust top/left margins in small steps (for example 0.1cm), then print when the preview alignment looks right.
What is the best way to calibrate a new thermal printer?
Start from the closest preset size, print one page one label, then tune margin values until the QR sits exactly inside the label frame.
Can I print with my own label dimensions?
Yes. Click Add Custom Size, enter width and height in millimeters, save it, and then choose it from the printer type dropdown list.
Does PDF export keep the same layout as preview?
Yes. PDF export follows the same size and margin settings used in the print preview, including auto flow, line wrapping, and page breaks.
Will one QR image be split between two pages?
No. The export process places each QR image as a full unit and prevents cross-page cutting.
Are my settings saved after refresh or browser restart?
Yes. Your print configuration and custom sizes are stored in local browser storage on this device and are restored automatically.
